I am the STEM Department Head and Assistant Site Director for Masterprep Academy's Pasadena campus.  In this capacity I have worn many hats, teaching group and individual classes for all subjects and levels of high school math and science, including Advanced Placement courses.  I also have experience with college counseling, from academic planning to application editing to professional development.  And as Pasadena's Assistant Site Director, I have learned how to manage an academic campus.

In the summer of 2024, I created an Electric Vehicle Engineering Bootcamp for high school students to learn the physics and engineering behind the design, assembly, and testing of EVs. In addition to conceptual and theory-based lectures, each student built their own electric RC car, investigated its aerodynamic properties with a homemade wind tunnel I built, and conducted and presented an experiment to evaluate their car's performance characteristics.
